Ok The FOOD WAS FANTASTIC, AND THE BARTENDER WAS GREAT,SHE HAD TO TAKE OUR ORDER, CAUSE THE YOUNGER WAIT STAFF, SAID ,”I DON’T WANT TO,” we were sitting right there, I worked food service and I understand, but there is a fine line on COMPLAINING, and great CS, and RESPECT for patrons. Never know who we are.. YOUR TEAM are your co workers..IT TAKES A TEAM TO MAKE YOUR PLACE SUCCESSFUL, THE FOOD IS EXCELLENT THE service team coming in for the Shift, were to bz complianing and Gossiping, about the Earlier shift , they have Cleaning to catch up on for them …(they may have left a Mess) if any complaints are Made let your MANAGER KNOW WITH CLASS BE DISCREET plz… I LOVE the Atmosphere, But thx Bartender you were good

We have been here a handful of times and not had any problems… we love the food and it’s rather affordable compared to other places in the area. However, our last visit last Friday the server put steaming hot cheese dip and a plate of nachos in front of my baby and of course he grabs it because he’s 1. his hand blistered pretty bad. We were then charged for a new cheese dip. Our meals were also wrong. I asked to speak to a manager but we were told they were unable to speak to us right now. Very disappointing disheartening service.

Seriously, as a traveling stranger this is the friendliest place on earth and the drinks and food were outstanding. Ashley behind the bar was a joy and a force of nature. I got the salad which looks a lot like potato chips smothered in bleu cheese. Go with me on this.

Asked for a side of mushrooms then they brought me none and said they were on the burgers, but they were not. Quickly remedied after pointing it out, but there was dead lettuce in my appetizer that cost almost $13… there shouldn’t be so much dead lettuce in one small app. The sliders were decent and the the potato things were cool too. Service was good. Seems the problems were with the kitchen not being vigilant about the lettuce and requests when it came to my order this time.

Ordered the Rachel….a different take on a traditional Reuben. It had little taste and was very chewy. Servers were friendly but slow. Ordered for pick up and was told 20 minutes…it took 45.

Prime rib is the bomb! Ladies restroom floor was very sticky. The dining room floor always needs swept . Friendly fast service and food make it worth it. Whole place needs a good cleaning.
