Yoshiharu Ramen’s origins began in the scenic northern island of Hokkaido, where tonkotsu (pork broth) based ramen is a staple in Japanese cuisine. Our menu was created and perfected by our master Japanese Chef utilizing the finest and freshest ingredients available. Our mission is to provide our patrons with the most authentic and delicious ramen to tantalize the taste buds. In 2016, we opened our flagship restaurant in Orange, CA and with the love and support of our loyal customers we now have nine additional SoCal locations with many more to open this year. At Yoshiharu Ramen our goal is to share our love and passion for ramen while bringing superior quality food and customer service to the masses.

Those will be my second time here at Yoshiharu to give their ramen a go. You come in and it looks like they had transported a ramen house from Japan for their ambiance. It was fairly busy the night I went, but we were seated quickly and got our orders in and the food in probably less than 10 minutes! I ordered the spicy miso lvl 3 this time and I personally feel like there was a more nuanced flavor profile than my previous choice of the tonkotsu black. Why I gave a four was because the pork belly was cooked, but it was a bit more chewy and not as fall apart as I had hoped and expected. All in all, I would come in a pinch or if someone wanted to try it. Otherwise there’s plenty of other ramen restaurants in the OC that you can try that have a bit more memorable flavors.

This cozy Asian fusion restaurant has a unique menu. I recommend the St. Luis Pork Rib Miso and Takoyaki.

My friends ordered their ramen, actually looked pretty good and they said also tasted good, but next time prob will go to hironori lol I ordered salmon bento couldn’t finish the rice and salmon, wish salad portion could be better, but flavor wise it’s good

Went there on a whim for mother’s day dinner, and it was a hit. We all loved our ramen and appetizers! Very nice smoky flavor to broth and pork, and the eggs in ramen were absolutely perfect. And they had a discount for moms on mother’s day – a small thing, but such a nice special touch. Definitely recommend.

My 10 year old son, husband and I have come to this restaurant a handful of times, both indoor dining and take out. My son and I decided to go this evening to dine in. I usually get the baked salmon roll and that’s what I ordered but it was not up to my standards for decent sushi rolls at all. The sushi rice was mushy and wet like the sushi you find at Costco & Trader Joes, not the real fresh kind. So disappointed especially since I’ve had good baked salmon rolls from this restaurant before. My husband ordered the chicken bento and his California sushi was the same mushy wet sushi. It seemed that the sushi was bought elsewhere. How can you not have decent sushi rolls with good sushi rice at a Japanese restaurant? Don’t think I’ll be coming back. Prices at this restaurant, like many others, have gone up in prices.

Ramen is delicious. Spicy dishes arent too spicey and simply adds a bit of a kick to keep the meal enjoyable. The waiter was pretty cool, and overheard the other table ask for some hot water but apparently it wasn’t available. It would be nice if they offered hot water as an option to drink especially in colder weather.

Food is not bad and has a minimum standard as a franchised restaurant. Service is always good with very friendly staff members. The real problem we had encountered is food poisoning over two separate visits. We suspect that having just one server is the culprit. The same server cleans and sets table, delivers menu, takes orders, prepare drinks, brings food and drinks to the table, and takes payments from customers. The preparing drinks part particularly creates the hygiene issues. Unless the server washes hands every time before reaching the ice box to prepare cold drinks or after taking payments or menus from customers, the drinks and food will get contaminated. We had food poinsoing twice there, both times severe diarrhea right after having meals there. We most likely won’t return, or we would only order drinks with no ice, and only hot food, no rolls or sushi.

Came because of the relatively high rating but WHAT A SCAM. Noodles taste like they’re from the supermarket. I can make better ramen at home in 3 min, just boil water and dump the packet in. Their chicken char siu…should be banned to exist. Rock hard. Can’t chew. Their pork not as bad but also subpar. The “mild” soup base tastes so bland and def spicier than a “mild” anyway nothing is right about their ramen. We had to go to jinbei for a second dinner because I left feeling SORELY unsatisfied.
