Best BBQ I’ve ever had! We had the Pork plate and the Chicken plate. Portions were extremely generous and very reasonably priced! Service was fast and very friendly. Will definitely be back!

Great BBQ and plenty of it in this little place. The baked potatoes are exceptional. It wasn’t crowded when we were there so it was quiet. Friendly staff and plenty of parking.

We had Hook’s provide BBQ pork & chicken with several sides for a group of 30 people. The potato salad was especially good. The order was accurate and ready on time. We were impressed that the food was provided in covered serving pans with plenty of sauce in separate containers. It was absolutely delicious! We highly recommend. Thank you Hook’s for making our event very special.

I remember when Hook’s in Opp, AL was located where Burger King is now. Rigas’ Package Store was in the front on the top floor, Hook’s was behind it on the top floor, and the Depot (a bar owned by my best friend’s parents) was located downstairs.
