Got food poisoning from it! Food wasn’t great and it took forever to arrive. The passenger car was great though! Just wish they did better on the food. Service was ok at best. Probably never coming back here if I back to Yellowstone. Just sad. Almost missed my friends birthday party due to getting sick from their undercooked burger. Once again, Just sad.

This place was the perfect spot for fans of Western history, food, and craft beer. I had the Bison Stroganoff and it was so good I could have wept. My mom really enjoyed the Wild Game Chili as well! Filling and delicious after a long week of hiking. The restored Union Pacific railcar in their lobby was super interesting, like a mini version of the museum across the street! Great beers too, the Old Faithful Ale & Huckleberry Hef were our favs.

I can, of course, only judge the food off of what we tried. It was one of the best Caesar salads I have had! The swiss and mushroom burger was very straight forward (strong swiss and mushroom flavor) and I guess I would have liked to see it elevated with more flavors. Love the atmosphere and they seem to have many other great dishes that I’d be willing to come back and try!

Such a pleasant surprise. Waitstaff was awesome, food was excellent. Four of us really enjoyed everything about this place. Bonus was a walk through a restored antique train car which was so cool….and it’s inside the building.

We had a nice evening going to this restaurant. We were surprised by how good the food was that we did order. Service was friendly and the waiter was attentive. The restaurant is clean and has a very pleasant atmosphere. My favorite food from menu Bizon Stroganoff, chicken taco, fish and chips. We will come back

Something was definitely missed and I was looking forward to something decent but I’m gonna spend my week going elsewhere. The only thing nailed was my burger. First off for the price I expected more. The Roosevelt burger was pulled off with a toasted bun so it wouldn’t be soggy, yet the lettuce and tomato leaked all over the bottom before I could get it to my hotel 1 minute away. The bison stroganoff had a huge slap of sour cream on the top masking any taste it did have. The wings were great but the sauce leaked all over our celery, carrots and chips. Maybe consider using a different box or some sort of divider. Fries were just standard. I think more time spent with the to go orders is DEFINITELY needed to avoid a review like this. The restaurant was a lounge / bar type and very cute though. With every dish there was a ‘but’ so please take that into consideration ….

This place was awesome. Great service and the food was good. We had the New York strip with salad and it was good. Our server Melanie who just started with the restaurant was a super pro. She got us some huckleberry lemonade(which should be on the drink menu) and it was great. She was very attentive. When we got there we had to wait maybe 20 minutes but it went by quick because right next door is a game room with video games and air hockey and fooseball. I don’t know if it was open for anybody but it sure made our wait quick. I think it’s perfect for parents with kids just as long as the parents watch them. They had good drink specials and plenty of TV’s to watch the game or a movie. (I was watching tennis and my gf was watching a man on fire). After dinner as we walked out we toured a real train and got to see what it was like. It’s another thing to do while waiting if you have kids but again make sure you keep a eye on them. Overall I would give this restaurant a 5/5. Make sure to ask for Melanie she was great

We had a lovely meal here to celebrate my graduation. Both dishes (quesadillas and stroganoff) were delicious and plentiful portions. Our server Miles was very nice and attentive, and service was quick. The bar had a nice atmosphere with various sports playing on TV, but still quiet enough that you could have a conversation without having to talk really loud!
