Nice employees, But again, Dunkin needs to review the way they prepare their donuts, and very stingy on the jelly(in donuts). Can’t wait to get back home and get some Bosa Donuts. Never dried out. Ice cream was good.

I debated giving 2 or 3 stars so let’s say 2.5 stars. This Dunkin is the closest to my job or I’d go somewhere else. There is no drive through so u have to park and go in to order. The main lady is rude and always with a face that is not in inviting. She talks on her phone while serving customers, she is not friendly at all and overall seems like she hates her job. The younger girl that works there however is very friendly and welcoming. The donuts are just okay and the last time I order an egg and cheese tortilla they cooked it too much and the whole shell was hard. I did order two quarts of icecream and they were tasty. Overall, it you are working in this area and need coffee then stop in and hope the younger girl is working.

Not bad. For the most part I’ve had good experiences here however it says on here that they close at 10pm, so I placed an order online for pickup at around 9:15pm. When I went to pick it up saw they were closed. When I went back in the morning to show my receipt and the time I ordered as well as the time it says they close on here they refused to give me my order nor a refund. Please update store hours. Besides that debacle they have been great.

This Dunkin location is great. My coffee always taste great here hot or cold. I even got coffee as late as 7pm and my coffee still tasted delicious. Donuts are not bad either. Just have to come before 11am to get a good selection. My go to Dunkin so far.

Llamas VS Lemons
They didn’t change their hours so in the winter time they close at 9pm when on here it says they close at 10pm. So after looking on google maps and seeing they closed at 10pm I ordered some doughnuts online for pickup at 9:30pm. But when I got there it was closed. So I went back in the morning and showed my receipt and explained to them that on google it said 10pm closing time not 9pm. They proceeded to tell me that was summer hours. So even after I showed them my receipt with date and time on it as well as showed them that it says 10pm on google they just looked at me and I had to argue in order to get what I paid for. Because if I didn’t she was just going to sit there any tell me I was out of luck even tho the error was not my fault nor I guess theirs either. However they should make sure their hours are correct. Even if they don’t have to do that they should have apologized for mistake and been keen to give me what I paid for however if I had not argued I would’ve just been out of luck. So please fix this so others don’t go through the same thing. I could change hours or suggest an edit but the hours it says right now are correct only for summer not winter so they would have to be turned right back to what they are now.

DD is doing a good job trying to keep folks and staff safe: sneeze guards, pre-ordering, everything clean and sanitary. Best iced coffee and iced tea in this hot weather. DD also sells donut kits: 6 plain donuts with 3 icings and 3 types of sprinkles for the kids to make their own. The family in front was excited about their order of 3 kits. Staff is friendly as always.
