Terrible customer service and the rudest “manager” I have ever dealt with! I usually would never complain due to working in a restaurant for almost 15 years and a pizza restaurant at that. My food was ready for window pick up at 8 and I sat behind a car at the pick up window for 25 minutes while the car in front talked to the manager thru the window like they knew eachother. By the time I got my food it was cold so I called back and she told me if I wanted to come in and help I’m welcome to with no offer to reconsile the situation. I told her she could have told the car to park and wait while taking care of the line but instead just talked over me the whole time while still being rude. She should not be the manager and learn how to talk to people and do her job right. I will never go back there!

So…. ordered online, tracked our food, when it said delivered we went outside. Nothing was there. My husband got on the phone, instantly went to call waiting. “We will be with you shortly” over and over again for 25 mins. So we decided to drive there. My husband is still on the phone. Walked inside and the phone is sitting there ringing with no attempts to pick it up. Asked for the manager. She doesn’t care to come to the front. “We are short staffed” someone explains. My husband ask for our money back. The (not manager) says she will get our order pushed to the front of the line if we want to wait 20 min. We did not. Will not be ordering from here again. There was plenty of people to pick up the phone. The drive thru lady for instance who was talking to us. When the phone rings you finish something you are doing then swap out answer the phone do something else. I know many places are short staffed but there was no attempt at picking it up. Unplug it and let it say service is not available. Don’t waste our time for over an hour because we are dumb enough to believe someone will eventually do what they are getting paid to do. We have went up there 2 times tonight, both times were a wasted trip. The first time our order was 15 minutes later than they had originally said, when we got home the pizza had little to no sauce. So I called and they told me to bring it back for another pizza. The person I talked to was rude, and acted as though it was my fault that i didn’t like my pizza without sauce. I went for the second time and it’s as though they deliberately put entirely too much sauce. I’m talking this pizza probably weighs 5 lbs. From one extreme to another.

Ordered pizza on line and it wasn’t ready when I got there 20 minutes later. Parked and waited another 15 minutes and finally got my pizza. I had ordered a $.50 cup of dipping sauce, but it was not included in my order. We ate the pizza, and it was very good. Decided I’d call and let the manager know of my experience. Waited on the phone for 14 minutes and finally a person answered the phone. I asked to speak to the manager, and he said he didn’t know if he could get her to talk to me. I waited another 20 minutes and finally hung up in disgust. No refund for my sauce I didn’t get, and no way to speak to the manager to explain the situation. Very disappointed in the quality of customer service.

The worst dominoes ever. I used to work here and they barely trained me. Ordered a pan pizza from here and they are so incompetent. I am also pregnant so when I bit into the pizza it was raw dough. Called up there twice and they refused to refund me my money or remake it. I’m so glad I left this raggedy place. I’ll be making a complaint to corporate.

Staff is polite, food is usually tasty and of good quality. The franchisee here is top notch and treats people well. They have the lowest delivery fee in town at $3.59 while all the other pizza joints have raised theirs to $5.00 plus and Marcos is up to $7.00 delivery fee. All around good place
