Very disappointed in this location. I ordered 2 pizzas and a sandwich, never had an issue with the sauce on the pizzas, sometimes it’s been to much but this time, looks like a TEASPOON of marinara sauce was spread over the dough.. Our pizzas were also undercooked. I called the store and talk to a manager named “John” I spoke my disappointment about the amount of little sauce and there was also no brush butter on the crust, he proceeded to tell me “We have to put the quality amount of sauce not how much you want because we have to pass inspection” I then asked “Do you not care how your customers feel receiving these pizzas and can’t enjoy them” He then said “Yeah there’s nothing I can do about that” What a response coming from a MANAGER at this store…

Came to visit my wife and new baby at the hospital close by and stopped by for a pizza at this location as her first meal post delivery and what a disappointment! My wife was in labor almost 20 hours and was craving pizza after. The pizza was extremely saucy, we did not ask for extra sauce. The cheese bread was extremely greasy and crazy about of garlic butter .

I just received not only a terrible pizza from this location, but also got terrible customer service when I called in to speak to the manager. I did not yell, I merely said I got a terrible pizza. He then said he could refund my money and when I asked if it was worth having another pizza sent to me since this one is awful, he rudely threw the question back in my face.

Pretty simple: put the ingredients that the customer requests on the pizza. This is my 3rd time in 6 months ordering from this location. It’s a $25 pizza as ordered specified. I order on the app. Same order, 3 times, each failed. Worst part, the franchise owner’s rule is that they will send another pizza fixing the problem, or credit your next pizza order. No refunds.

As you can see in the photo, the spinach and mushrooms were very light. Two gluten free pies, each came out to $19, so some other local options might be better for future cravings at comparable prices if not even cheaper at this point.

These guys at this store are pretty arrogant and does not deserve to stay in the business. I had ordered chicken pizza and they have provided me with pieces of HAM and Pepperoni. When i complained, they disconnected the call without even acknowledging the error. Never again, i will order from them.

I received the most disappointing pizza ever. Huge, dry crust, while the portion of the pizza with toppings on it was paper-thin. I think the dough was improperly proofed.

OK, i have been a regular customer for years, not only here in CO, but also FL AZ and TX. Very disappointed, what seemed like forever i got consistent pizza and chicken. but the last 2 times I ordered i got the buffalo chicken and look at picture, literally just opened the box to see that. Freaking Gross!!!! man i used to get it loaded with cheese and sauce, but now this, it wasn’t easy because i have gotten great food from domino’s but its time to move on. plenty of other choices. and i don’t think i will ever order from dominos again. were talking on average 1 pizza a week at $10 x 52=1040 plus the management has NOT even acknowledged their role in this awful products, id might listen if they took the lead and followed up. on a positive note the pizza was still edible.
