Amazing food and great service, I got the value meal of stromboli, cup of spaghetti with marinara sauce, and a upgraded fountain drink. The stromboli tasted like pizza with cheese ,pepperoni, and sausage and the spaghetti was pretty good as well and the guy was really friendly and patient, also they have free refills! Definitely recommended to try!

I had such an amazing experience here, the food was supper flavorful and the dough was so well done, I brought my grandmother who only speakes Spanish and they had a worker who was able to talk to her about everything she wanted which for me is always amazing to have. Got pepperoni pizza..absolutely no flavor, cheese missing all over pizza….seemed like it was a day old…made me and my son puke about an hr after eating it..stay away..also the garlic knots were also flavorless..they looked good but had no flavor

Ive worked in the outlet mall for over 2 years , the managers and employees who work here are always great to talk too. Pizza is always fresh. My favorite dish is the macaroni and cheese. But their pizza lives up to its name . Big slices and still under a good budget . Lines are never long if you’re in a rush!

Food tasted alright, but NOT ONE EMPLOYEE WAS WEARING GLOVES! the man washing the windows had gloves on. The people in the other restaurants had gloves on. The lady handing out samples had gloves on. Everyone except them. They touch the door handle money and register screen. Kinda gross.

This location Aurora, ILL outlet mall doesn’t even deserve half a star, Manager was so short and very very rude with me in front of people in line, it was very embarrassing. It seemed he got off showing some kind of authority or something. I ordered spaghetti with meatballs and was told they ran out of meatballs, worker asked, if i wanted something else to replace , I asked what was my option and he said we have macaroni and cheese, when i sat to eat I opened my box , I got nothing but macaroni and cheese, and went to the cashier explained I wanted my spaghetti even though they ran out of meatballs, the manager rudely said I don’t have time for you and give the lady her money, I paid with my credit card, kid at register just handed me $20.00 and manager was like i am not accommodating you, I was not clear that the exchange meant no spaghetti but i was given macaroni instead and nothing what i expected . Please don’t waste your time here, manager definitely does not know how to manage a fast food with restaurant.
