Excellent views, great service–just the right amount of attentiveness and friendliness. The fries were fresh and quite good but my turkey sandwich was pretty tasteless and dry. The menu was very limited. Prices were high considering the mediocre sandwich.

I ordered a drink and reindeer sausage corn dog fritters. It took 45 minutes to get the sausage fritters and I took one bite and they were cold in the middle. I couldn’t wait around for them to be remade, so I told the server that I didn’t want them. She said I wouldn’t be charged for them. Did they comp my beverage for waiting around 45 minutes for food that was too cold to eat? No they did not. Very disappointing experience.

Service at the speed of smell. Someone brought water. A half hour later, still no waitress. Went to the bar and repeated 4 times to the bartender – Tito’s and soda, single tall two lemons. Bland on several levels! The view is excellent and our server was very attentive. The dining room lacked ambiance; with just white table cloths in a gray room it felt drab and uninviting. Although the service was excellent, the food was bland, awkwardly put together, with soggy sweet potato fries, and chewy meats. The menu was small and uninspiring, and not overpriced. At 6:30 PM on a Tuesday the restaurant was nearly empty. Is was a shame to see the server try so hard while the rest of the dining experience was mediocre (more like a Denneys), unlike many other Anchorage restaurants in the same price range. If the kitchen and ambiance were to improve significantly, we might consider returning.

Worst place ever! The views are great but service and food are poor! When we went there most of the foods where out of stock and the options that they had came missing sides or over cooked ! Not recommend at all.

Absolutely terrible service! Horrible staff attitude, extremely slow and threw our 6 sets of silverware onto the table in a pile. We got up and left! So glad we didn’t give them our money. Do NOT go here, expecting a high class experience or service.
