Very poor service, long line at the drive through, it was a nightmare, cars almost hitting each other, outlet blocked by vehicles trying to join the line. I thought, going inside could be my better, worst mistake. Shiuld have just left, if l could, l would give a zero star. The cashier didn’t place order right, even though l told her my order multiple times. Yikes

I love this place!!!! There’s almost a dozen in the area this is the only place I go to. I will literally drive out of my way just to go to this store. Anytime I have extra cash I tip. Since I’ve been going here for over a year they’ve messed up my coffee once and the person was a new hire. Great service and fast regardless of how long the line is it’s always fast!

Service is quick. However all other Dunkins I’ve been in after a Pats win have automatically given me the 87 cent win discount on my hot chocolate (i don’t drink coffee). This store refuses to give the discount. Some of the clerks have also given my 16 yr old daughter a hard time when she has placed orders for other things without me present. Discount should be for all medium hot drinks, not biased for coffee drinkers exclusively. I will not be buying from this store in the future.
