I stopped by here since it’s near the Amazon fresh drop off location. I stood around looking at the almost empty display case for a minute and was told by an employee that orders are taken through the kiosk. NO CASH ONLY PLASTIC, It was straightforward but could be confusing if you never used one before. I ordered a coffee roll and blueberry muffin. They were out of the coffee roll so he gave me 2 apple fritters instead. Very tasty apple fritter I never had one before. I’d definitely come back if I want a snack. Employees very friendly and store very clean.

This store and location has lost my business as I was told by their employee I need to learn how to use the kiosk and would not take my order or help me. There was not a single person in line ahead of me or behind me either. I had to walk out and could not get a simple coffee with cream and sugar and had to go to Burger King to buy it. Your donuts went down hill anyways and are not as fresh as they use to be. I guess I will have to find another place now that values my business and me as a customer.

Came in when there was no one in line. I waited there for almost 10 minutes with none of the 3 staff members at least greeting us and telling us about a wait time. 2 were fulfilling orders while one was cleaning. Any of them could of stopped to take our order or at least greet us. I have come gone to other locations with a friendly staff, even when they’ve been busy. A line started behind us and we decided to leave the place. I came to this location before but will not be returning again.

Not the greatest experience, I know this location is fairly new, but they were fully staffed. My order took about 20 min. It was only 1 item. I keep seeing the customers that ordered after me get there order first. Manager kept telling me it was almost ready. When I finally got my order and left, I took a bite into my donut, there was a piece of plastic in it!!!!!!!! I don’t think I’ll come back again.

Service is very slow, drinks are made incorrectly, inexperienced and unorganized workers. I usually do mobile orders about 5 min out from this location since there was never one time where my order was already waiting for me at the pickup section. Always had to wait an additional 5-10min after I got there.

Almost no donuts, which I get they changed the name, but you can’t take a plain cake donut and put some powdered sugar on it? Also ordered a sandwich that sat on a counter for 5 minutes and them initially claiming it wasn’t mine. I was the only one in the store at the point…. Like, what??
