The food looks pretty and all, but the ramen noodles are extremely tough, and feel like dry pasta, and the tofu doesn’t taste as good as fried tofu i’ve had before. this food Hall has many other restaurants that could be great options, the atmosphere is amazing. It’s super clean and definitely a place to check out. I would just skip on the ramen.

I ordered the Shoyu ramen and this was probably the worst ramen I’ve ever had. The soup was so sour overpowering almost every other flavor, I’m not sure if it was from the pickled Bok Choi or the Gochugaru Tare (didn’t see any shoyu tare at all). The noodles were mushy and didn’t seem to have any bite which is the signature of any ramen noodle.

Absolutely love everything about Mosh Ramen! They’re a whole VIBE and the Food is fantastic! This ain’t your regular Top Ramen; it’s a whole meal with SO much food! I loved that I was able to eat half my bowl one day and the other half the next day and it was even BETTER the next day!!! Oh and the dumpling sauce…oh my… I’m salivating just thinking about it. I plan to keep coming back and trying different things but so far VERY good!

The most delicious ramen in Pueblo! The people that work here are dedicated and do their jobs very well. I was also blown away by the gnarly gnosh fries. Go get you some!!!

The ramen was underwhelming and not worth the price. Canned corn and carrot cubes, the chicken thigh was quite small. The like warm serving temp was also disappointing and probably not safe. The chicken and vegetable dumplings were very good.

Best Ramen in Pueblo, they had issues at first but what restaurant doesn’t. Service is impeccable and staff is incredibly friendly. I’ve had ramen all over the world and this is good. My only complaint is more protein should be added for the price. The updated menu is much better than the old offerings.

Very disappointed that they changed there menu. First time I visited it was amazing fresh ingredients my dish had chili peppers kimchi and a boiled egg. Unfortunately it looks like they chose the cheap route frozen carrots no more boiled egg and the pork was little squares of fat. Wish they kept there original menu. First time I went here they had the longest line. This time there was no one in line that should of been a sign. If you want a good ramen I suggest going to the mall. On a positive note customer service was great.

I really, really wanted to like Mosh, but I’ve been there 6 different times and they were unable to serve me each time. Either because they were out of ingredients or because they’re in the middle of changing their menu and simply don’t carry their advertised menu items anymore. Like removing the gluten free noodles. I was able to pick up food one time for my kid, but my kid said the broth just wasn’t flavorful enough. I understand that they’re new, so maybe in a few months they’ll be different and more on their game. I’m leaving three stars because their customer service is fantastic, they always answered any questions I had, and they’re transparent about their ingredients for those with food allergies and intolerances. If they bring their gluten free ramen back, I’d be happy to give them another try, and hope to leave a 5 star review then.
