LOVE this place, i always order the customizable sushi roll with 1/2 tofu and 1/2 salmon with avocado, carrots, sweet chili, and spicy mayo. every time i eat in, the workers are always so nice and its such a clean and bright interior. when i order delivery through an app, it always get prepared quickly and it comes packaged so neatly with napkins, sauces, chopsticks, etc included. i love eating here and its always been perfect every time!!!! they have vegan/vegetarian options and i wanna try more of their menu! i recommend

Delicious! I am not able to eat seafood so it’s nice to be able still enjoy food from here. I ordered two custom rolls. One with roasted chicken, cream cheese, and veggies and another with veggies and cream cheese. They are delicious and I’ll definitely be getting food from here again!

Added five stars only because of the nice cashier. Told them I was gluten free and they gave me a loaf of bread. There aren’t even loaves on the menu? It’s a sushi restaurant- why would you serve bread? Must have something against the gluten free community. Totally unacceptable. I attached a picture so everybody can see how awful this place is. Pale, round-faced, brown-haired cashier was good though!

Everything looked fresh, but the staff member drowned my poke in sesame oil. It’s rendered literally inedible. Made even more upsetting by the fact that I asked the person to drizzle a small amount of it. You can see in the photo the rice is drenched and there’s a sheen to everything. Sad to see my $17 go in the trash.

I love fusian. One of my favorite places. I don’t eat seafood and to be able to create a sushi roll with tofu is incredible. I use their app, and had accidentally placed the order to the wrong delivery address. The store I placed it with had their phone accidentally disconnected but due to the great customer service from the grandview location, I was able to get in contact with the store and everything worked out perfectly. Amazing employees who will go above and beyond to help and are incredibly nice and caring. Thank you so much fusian team.
