They don’t have a dining service open, only to go. We used the searing area to have our dinner. The taste was okay but too expensive considering the food quality. We ordered hibachi, but the food wasn’t anything different than regular fried rice. Went there on July 4th, so I am glad that they were still open. Clean area and fast service.

Price is not worth the quality. I’ve ordered a couple of times through Uber because it’s convenient, but the past 2 times I have ordered there has been HAIR in my food!! The delivery also takes a long time and there’s no way to track. Avoid.

Got the hibachi to go. First the guy at the front completely forgot to add my part of the order onto our tab. Then when I arrived and said we had ordered fried rice and a chicken hibachi he just flat out said no. Like not even a that’s my bad just straight up “no”. Food was mid, not that much flavor. Dumped that soy sauce. Maybe it’s just the take out but definitely not the best.

Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service! I ordered for delivery and didn’t receive my order until 2 hours later!!! When I called the store after not receiving my order within the first hour, the employee told me that it would take “4 hours”. When I tried calling back shortly after to try and cancel my order, nobody answered and I tried calling several times. I had to physically walk to the store in order to have a word with a worker, and even then, I was entirely ignored by them. I was never offered a discount, coupon, refund, NOTHING!!!! Just when I thought it couldn’t get worse, upon receiving my order, they messed up one of my items and gave me the wrong order! A straight scam. Their food is not worth that awful service, they will never be receiving my money here again! I would rate this place zero stars if I could.

We had hibachi delivered to us. Chicken tasted rubbery and rice had an off taste. This did not taste like true hibachi. Felt like old ingredients were used. Do not recommend. We had to throw away the food because we could not even eat it.

Only putting 1 star as I have no option for 0 stars. Owner told me ‘f**k you’ on the phone after they failed to deliver!! Avoid at all costs!!! Terrible service and to add insult to injury you have to tip before you order through Uber! Appalling!!!!!

Lots of fake 5-star reviews posted fall 2020. Honestly embarrassing. Understand times are tough for everyone but where’s the integrity? Was about to order but won’t now. Owner should remove them and ask for their money back from the fake reviewer organizers (reviews are not even believable!)

Ordered from many sushi places where sushi was spilt all over during delivery. Very very pleased that Osaka delivered us beautiful sushi with fresh fish. Their sushi is priced the same as all of the other places in State College but by far the best quality. If you are planning on spending your money on sushi, I think this is the best place to do it. Sushi was beautiful and delicious. Will definitely be ordering again.
