Horrible experience. Ordered a pizza online and was told when I came to pick it up that they “gave it away by accident” to someone with a similar first name. Then when I discussed with them I still wanted my pizza (mostly because I had already paid online) and they agreed to make a new one (we went over the exact order) I waited an additional 15 minutes to go back in only to find out they “got confused” and never made my pizza again like they said they would. So I had to wait again for 15 more minutes for my pizza. So someone got a free pizza (my original order) and I am sure they came back for the one they ordered too and I am the one waiting 45 minutes and was spoken to rudely the whole time. I have had previous good experiences with this location but this is ridiculous.

I’m really happy a Papa Johns finally opened up in Belle Glade. I love ordering the special large pizza with the BBQ wings. This location has been one of the cleanest and friendliest Papa Johns I have visited in years. The staff was very welcoming and they ensured my order came out perfect. I Normally don’t write review but my experience with this establishment needs to be shared. I called to place an order for pick up last night and was greeted by the sweetest gentleman. Unfortunately, I can’t recall his name. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I am very indecisive and he was able to help guide me to the perfect pie! I arrived at Papa Johns 15 minutes later to pick up my pizza. The place is very clean and well done. I am Impressed by the level of kindness displayed by the staff and the cleanliness of the establishment. This is now my #1 pizza shop!

Called in my order and they treated me with great customer service! Upon walking in they greeted me and made me feel more than just “another customer”. The pizza was amazing! Perfectly cut too unlike some other places I’ve been to where it was hard to just pick out a slice. Phenomenal costumer service!! 3rd time ordering since they opened. All the employees I spoke to were extremely helpful and compliant with all crazy requests. The pizza is perfect every time!
