It’s not often when you find a fast food chain where you have to ask them to cook your burger all the way. I’ve more often than not, get a pretty pink patty or 2. And the few occasions where it was actually cooked, it was pretty dry. So cook timing is something you really need to focus on. Don’t be in a hurry to serve food when it takes time to cook. This probably won’t be my go to choice when I am hungry. Consistency is what people like and I have not found that here. It’s a little too expensive to be that big of a disappointment. I would rather pay a few bucks more to have a fresh ground and hand made burger. At least I could understand why it might be under cooked. So just address that situation. Explain in super lamen terms to your cooks… It’s okay to COOK the food you are serving. Simple as that.

Never will I ever take my business here ever. I went through the drive thru one day and the associate was super rude on the intercom and raising her voice at me. I did not appreciate it at all. Then I get to the window and I am waiting at the window for 15+ minutes while they aren’t even acknowledging that there is someone in the drive thru. I said I am not waiting in this mess any longer. I give a call because I wanted my refund back and I told the associate that this is a huge problem. Very rudely, she said “we’ll work on it” like with no regard that I was waiting almost a half hour in the drive through. They call it fast food for a reason. This is the total opposite of fast. Do better, do not make people wait so damn long in a drive thru and improve customer service.

The restaurant wasn’t busy and it took 9 minutes to get our food. The spicy fried chicken sandwich was very good. My wife’s grilled chicken sandwich wasn’t grilled, Luke warm, and terrible flavor. The manager refunded her money.

Really great, fresh food.. but.. I have been here twice now for lunch, and not ordering anything odd from the menu, and both times they have had me pull around the corner from the drive through and wait for the food. About 10 minutes the first time, and I am still waiting after 8 minutes the second time.. Great food, but not great service.

Would put no stars but can’t. Ordered a cali BLT with a fried chicken patt *didn’t think it would be hard*. Parents order a BBQ salad and a regular cheeseburgar. Recieved the wrong burgar honest mistake but it took 30 minutes to get a replacement and the salad took 35 mins to get missing the onion rings. Got my BLT with no tomatoe *which I asked for* but didn’t get the chicken patty. Had to ask three times every time the girl came by to drop off food I asked. Never got it, then I asked for a refund for the BLT and chicken patty. Gave us the wrong change and where pretty rude. The change was off by 26 cents….. And I know how petty this is but man. They where just rude.
