Very simple and absolutely amazing food! Easy to decide because you just choose 1) what meat you want 2) what kind of rice or noodles & 3) vegetables or no veggies. It was so delicious. Very quiet inside And plenty of tables if you want to eat in. They are also very fast making to-go orders. There’s an app you can order ahead in also. I will be trying that next time. I asked for chicken breast and the top layer of chicken was that, unfortunately the bottom layer was not. That was extremely disappointing. However, the flavor is amazing. I will definitely be a frequent flier now that I know how good it is! Highly recommend!

Only 1 tofu option on the menu but it’s quite good. If you like any flavor in your tofu make sure to order it spicy, otherwise it’s a bland mess. It’s rare to find good vegetarian food in a fast casual chain, especially Chinese, so I’m happy.

This experience was pretty disappointing. I placed the online order and it said it would be ready by 4:38 pm. I arrived at 4:55 pm and they did not have the food ready (they found the receipt under a bunch of other receipts that were completed). So I had to wait another 20 minutes for them to remake the food. Then when I opened the junior bowl, there was about 5 broccoli pieces (I paid extra for all broccoli) and a few pieces of the chicken on top of the rice. To pay over $10 for this portion of food was very disappointing. I could get more food elsewhere for the same price…now I know.

Placed an online order a few days ago. When I arrived, they told me that they didn’t have teriyaki chicken. My kid doesn’t like anything else, so I asked them to cancel the order. The girl said she didn’t know how to do that and the person who could was making all the food. I wasn’t going to wait, however long it was going to take, to wait for the right person to stop making food to come cancel my order. Well, they didn’t end up canceling my order and proceeded to charge my credit card. I wrote their customer service and no response after two days.

I am normally very understanding and do not post reviews, however this time I am going to mention that the cashier was in a bad mood. She made a mistake when she charged for the food because she was not paying attention, due to her bad attitude. She called the cook to the cash register to try to fix it (he was touching the screen) gloves on, then he went back to the kitchen and continued cooking without changing his gloves. I am not going back to this place.
