Went through the drive thru and ordered a double quarter pounder and they never made it a double it’s just one patty, my wife ordered a regular cheeseburger with Mac sauce and the didn’t give her any. No toppings and no sauce, very disappointing!

This location is nowhere near typical McDonald’s standards. Tried ordering fries, nuggets, shakes and a big Mac without onion on the kiosk, but they froze up. The employee couldn’t get it to work either, so he said to go to the counter. It took a while to even get noticed as they tend to ignore anyone at the counter. When I did get my Big Mac, it had onions, despite the receipt taped to it stating no onion. They did comp my nuggets for our troubles. I usually love their fries, but these were brown, stale, and barely warm. Couldn’t finish them. The big Mac bun was a little stale and hard. The only good items were the shakes.

The person who took the order was rude and had an attitude! Then I had to wait in the drive thru for about ten minutes, which is fine but when they had my food ready they tossed it out the window and into my car. Then that order was completely wrong and not enough close to what I ordered. So when I tried to reach someone through the window I was totally ignored! Had to yell until they said they heard me. Would’ve been nice to know they could hear me. I understand if they’re busy but that was total disrespect and I am no longer a Champlin McDonalds customer!
