I’ve never had Papa Johns before but my friend ended up getting it delivered and I was surprised at how good it was! We warmed it up in the oven and man it was popping! We got the 3 topping pizza with chicken, pineapple, and pepperoni! Yess pepperoni belongs on pizza! Nice pizza joint

Decided to get a pizza from Papa John’s today and they were very skimpy on the toppings. I ordered a large pepperoni, beef, and double cheese pizza. There is barely any beef or pepperoni on this pizza. I guess it’ll be a while again before I go back to Papa John’s.

I’ve typically had nothing but good experiences here but I just bit into a piece of pizza with glass in it. I got lucky that it caught behind my tooth instead of anywhere else. God forbid I was a kid who doesn’t chew fully and swallowed it. The nonchalant attitude of the staff when I called was appalling.

Tried to walk in to order pizza. They didn’t know how to work their computer. They didn’t ask me to wait while they tried to fix it or apologize for the inconvenience. I mistakenly ordered online from the wrong Papa John’s location. I always order from the drive-thru location because I walk with a walker. When going to a drive-thru, I leave my walker at home beside where I park my car so it is waiting for me when I return. When I realized I had ordered from the wrong location, I called the correct location (Veterans Parkway) and explained the problem. They were quick to offer to bring my pizza to my car if I called them back on my arrival. The gentleman that did so was very kind and didn’t even want to take the couple of dollars I had in cash as a tip. I had to insist. I really appreciate the kindness shown for my mistake. I will be using this location more often for delivery and pick up when I have someone that can go inside. Thank you for going above and beyond good customer service!
