This place isn’t even worth the stars I’m giving it. The staff was disgustingly rude. The “hot wings” had zero sauce on them at all and I didn’t get what came with my order. I ordered online and something in me said I wasn’t going to be happy with these when I got home. I opened the box and said “what the hell is this?!” I ate MAYBE 4 before my stomach started to burn and I couldn’t handle the flavor of 2 year old fryer grease anymore. I figured I’d better eat some since I’d spent 30 bucks on 15 wings but they made me sick immediately. When I called to talk to the manager the “greeter” I won’t call her a hostess or server or anything because she was clearly there for the paycheck. She picked up the phone, no greeting and said “Can I put you on hold!” And slammed the phone on the counter. 3 minutes later I asked to speak to the manager. I said I didn’t get what comes with my order and there was no Buffalo sauce at all on these wings. He just said sorry. Then silence. I said “can I at least get a refund or you take half off or something because I think this is right since I spent $30 on this and it wasn’t what I ordered” he laughs at me and says “you got a mild that’s pretty much all butter and you want a refund on something YOU ordered and…” I said “uh,, ya. I’d like a refund!” He told me if I wanted to drive down there and bring back what I DIDN’T eat (which was more than half of what I ordered) that he’d give me a refund. I just said forget it and hung up. I had a gut ache all night and these wings no matter what he tried to say, had no butter on them and maybe a drop off hot sauce to make it look like they had put some sort of sauce on them. I will never eat there again and I should have read all the other awful reviews left on here. Now I know why they’re always empty. Because they serve garbage and treat you like garbage too. Save your money, your gut and your tastebuds from this place that serves triple fried pigeon wings. God they were awful!!!!

So I decided to try Wings and Rings today. Unfortunately I will not be back. This is not a restaurant food kinda place. It’s more like bad bar food. The services was friendly and helpful. However the food and cleanliness were lacking. The boneless wings were so hard and WAY over cooked to the point that a knife could barley cut through. The flavor was lackluster and I ended up throwing out the meal and making something else for my lunch. The fries were cold and soggy in the middle, like frozen fries thrown in a fryer to reheat and tasted like cardboard. The fried pickles were soggy and had no crispness to the batter other than a few lumps stuck together like a tumor on the pickel. The side salad was good though. It was nice and cold with crisp lettuce. The ranch dressing was nice and smooth. The bar wasn’t clean and looked roughly stocked. There was mold on the bar mats. The drink I ordered was fair but not something I would get there again. Maybe it was the mix or something else but I wouldn’t get another. The bartender was friendly and good at making conversation. I have lived in RR for 6 years and never seen a lot of folks going there. I understand why now. Would not recommend.

Good local joint with a nice pub vibe and friendly staff. The food was amazing (onion rings were crispy and the chicken sandwich was huge and juicy), but the wait was long. Probably due to being understaffed like everywhere else, but it felt excessive especially because there weren’t that many customers at the time. I would still recommend going though for the food.

Stopped by today 7/31 for the first time in 6 months or so and the service was simply not great , placed order , food arrives not a terribly long wait, and order is wrong bone in instead of boneless simple mistake in willing to overlook, ask for silverware as none were provided for my wife the knife looked like it was not clean at all, but at this point I’d rather just dunk in my extra water cup than ask the male waiter who didn’t seem to care very much about his service , sat for a few minutes after receiving wings had to ask if I would receive onion rings ordered at the same time and they were not even made . Waiter never returned to the table after dropping the forgotten onion rings, the only saving grace was that the female manager checked on our table and asked for to go drinks. Tipped 18 percent because that was the lowest option and I’m not a complete jerk but it was not warranted for the service rendered. Went to wash up since my hands were a bit sticky bathroom mirror covered. In water drips from people shaking out there hands from the lack of towels in the dispenser the overall bathroom appearance was not great. Not that I expected a 5 star quality establishment or meal but there were only 2 other booths filled eating when I arrived and by the finish we were the only table with 1-2 at the bar, it has definitely declined since my last visit. Not sure if I will return.

First time eating here in many years and overall it was very good. The service was prompt on a Sunday afternoon. The wings were delicious and prepared as ordered as were the fries and side salad. Our waitress kindly kept our drinks topped off and even brought us additional blue cheese for the wings. The only reason for four stars was that we witnessed another employee wipe a clean plate with his shirt before he delivered it to another table.

Food was trash. I spent $110 for 4 people when I could have went and got good food at chili’s for $80. Worst restaurant I have ever eaten. Literally the only good thing about the place is that it’s not packed (because it’s trash food I’m guessing) and the waitress was good. Would give a -5 star review if possible. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

First time at this place and will be the last time. Service was bad. We ordered an appetizer 15 minutes later no appetizer. We asked the server and at that time he put in the order. We just left and paid for drinks and I asked who was the mgr and the guy that was serving the drinks said the mgr was in the back cooking and his name was Rodolfo. When I asked for the last name he said he didn’t know. Wow! Now I know why this place is always empty when I drive by!
