This is some of the best BBQ I’ve ever had! Skip the chains and go here! We bought 10 lbs for a party and accidentally left one pan (5 lb) in the oven on 200 for 3 hours. It wasn’t even dried out. Was still juicy!! The bologna is outta this world too!
