I’m 76 years old I was born and raised in New York City and I ate New York City Pizza practically from birth. They can call us whatever they want but it doesn’t taste anywhere like pizza. It tastes like some dough with miniscule amount of sauce that I can hardly taste and cheese of probably some low quality. The thing that was really funny that I reviewed the chain store pizzas to see what they said before I went to Domino’s which was rated the best by most consumers. And the ratings are all say oh good pizza I ordered it for years. Someone said I like it better than this this or that chain. it’s the best one. Boy if this is the best one I sure hate to taste the worst one. If anyone thinks this is good pizza and you’ve been in your ordering it for years I would never take a reference of a doctor that you thought was good. That would be like signing my death sentence. It’s a waste of money

Because we didn’t answer the door they took the order back to the store, plus we called they came back with the pizza the driver said it was the manager directons to take the pizza back to the store because we didn’t hear the door, then coke was missing 7 minutes later driver came back for 3rd time to bring a hot coke, pizza has half cheese half is just bread plus hair on it !!

i ordered a garden salad as part of my order. the lettuce was slimey and brown and mushy wet cheese got in with the lettuce. i called the store and they offered to bring me a new one (which i was happy about), i got the replacement salad at it was the same thing! slimey, brown lettuce, more mushy cheese in the salad bowl. they also pulled off the expiration tag date, so for all i know they sent me an expired salad. just gross. i paid 7.50$ for a salad that was slimey. it seems like there is no such thing as quality anymore, which is pretty crazy with rising costs.

For one I’ve had better pizza from a gas station. For two it took so long to get here it was cold and burnt. The driver speed off in his little race car. I wanted a refund because this pizza was inedible so she offered me credit. Not very professional. Worst and I mean worst pizza ive ever had. WARNING ABOUT ORDERING MULTIPLE TOPPINGS ON PIZZAS AT THIS LOCATION: I order 4 topping pizzas and they continue to only put a third to half of the normal amount of each topping on the pizza. This is the third time I called the store about it on different occasions and spoke to the manager about it. When I called the store last night and asked the manager about it, she told me, “The more toppings your order on your pizza the less of each topping you get. So it you order one topping you get more of it.” Make sense to you?. So you pay full price for a topping but only get a quarter of the normal amount. She gave me a $6 credit but offered nothing about the fixing the issue. Your 4 or 5 topping pizza will be skimpily topped like mine. Go to another location or get your pizza at a different provider.

Always great pizza and the employees are always super friendly. I get the handmade pan pizzas every time and you can’t go wrong. Chicken wings are small so I don’t usually order those here, but it is a pizza place after all.
