This is by far one of the worst Burger King restaurantd I have seen in my life and travels across country from my home in Alaska. Inside is dirty, unkept and filled w flies landing on counters and YES the food!! I have received my order many times in 2 years only to get home and find that they gave me cold or burnt fries and EXPENSIVE chicken sandwich overcooked to the point that there is very little that is edible. The entire place needs to be revamped, DEEP CLEANED, and I would get ride of all managers and replace them with people who care about the customers and strive for customer service excellence. If the owner cannot do this, I recommend he or she shut this place down and try to sell it. Good luck.

Customer service left that place a long long time ago. Waited for 20 minutes before I asked for service then was told she was too busy. There was nobody else in the place. When your too busy to wait on customers you should close the doors. I left and will NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS THERE AGAIN!!!!!!!

Ordered 2 original chicken sandwiches and an 8 piece jalapeño cheddar bites. Both sandwiches were so burnt I had to throw them away. The cheddar bites had nothing inside of them! It was just the shell. Awful experience and not the first time. I recommend just waiting until fargo or grand forks to get food

I was so disappointed with the customer service the young man doing the drive through was not very pleasant was not very kind and very short with me when I told him thank you he rolled his eyes and shut the window. When I got home I was so disappointed in my food I asked for just a little extra sauce on my whopper but asked them not to make it too heavy… my sandwich ended up being covered in Mayo and ketchup they did not put pickles or onions mine. Our other whopper had almost no sauce on it and again did not put onions on it. This is not the first time that I have been disappointed with this location. I hope this helps you in the future with better customer service and food.

Absolutely the worst BK I have been to. No Ice for drinks without telling you, she over charged me 3$ like stealing. Fryer grease is very old made the French fries taste next level nasty. The restaurant was dirty as well…. Fast food is generally bad but this place is a dumpster fire. The owner should be ashamed to feed people that.

There was an employee openly eating food from the fry area with gloved hands. Never changed those gloves before going back to make other food. Management seemed too busy to care. Random people off the street came back and were behind the line. One employee stood there for about8 minutes and didn’t even take our order, acknowledge us, or even let us know that someone was aware we were waiting to order. Overall very disappointed and sad that people have let a restaurant come to practices such as these.

I was here 2 nights ago and it was horrible!!! EVERYTHING was filthy, it took 30 min to get my food, burger was cold and only tasted like ketchup. It seems to me that the manager does not have enough people on duty, they were trying hard to keep up with people but were overwhelmed. I could see the frustration the employees were working with but I never heard any of them complain or be rude. My guess is you have some hard working employees but a lack of management to bring it all together. Regardless, I won’t be returning soon.
