I tried take out but because of the time I couldn’t get take out…..soooooo I asked for delivery and they wouldn’t deliver to two different addresses I tried but would deliver to a part of town that they would consider a bad part of town . Is that adding up to anyone??? Judgemental!!!!

On may 11th 20. I ordered 5 papadias and when I got them we were very happy with the order. I ordered tonight the same paoadias 3 philly cheese steak and 2 meatball when when I got them they were so thin there was hardly any meat in either order. I called and spoke to keith to tell the young man that there was hardly ant meat in. The product at all . I informed him that we had pictures but I waa feeding 4 children that sus not want to wait. And he told me that there was nothing that he could do for me. And left me on hold for 15 minutes.

Well, you do pay more and it was not any better than Little Caesar’s (we bought two pizzas for the price of one at Papa Johns). Sauce was sour. Sorry, now I see why they didn’t make it in Hazleton, PA. But, to each his own favorite pizza joint.

Horrible customer service. I took a pizza back that was raw. I should’ve known to check it, the box was way too heavy. I called to give the complaint the guy whom said he was the manager offered a refund or to make over but didn’t seem to care at all about the uncook pizza. When I arrived he act as if I was invisible as he stand with his beanie hat on and sipped his Chek drink. Customer Service has definitely gone down. They don’t even deserve my 1 star!!!

I ordered the Epic Pepperoni and it didn’t come with any pepperoni on the pizza. I called and asked for it to be remade and the manager said I would have to repay for the pizza. Several weeks ago when I ordered the same pizza I did NOT have to customize the pizza. Manager states you have to add the pepperoni on a website order for it to come with it.
