Two very different experiences at this store. In the morning there’s a young lady there who scrambles to help, she’s friendly and she gets your service done very very quickly and efficiently. The afternoon staff is completely different. I went in the late afternoon The people working there completely ignoring anyone standing at the register. I had to call out to get their attention. When I asked why it took so long for him to get to the register he claimed he was cleaning up so that he could go out later on and not have to spend so much time cleaning the store. So, I placed my order and he was ignoring me while texting on his phone. I apologized for interrupting his day and his personal life and left the store without anything.

I ordered a breakfast sandwich and a coffee with cream and 1 sugar at the drive thru. When I got to the window, the girl said here’s your coffee 1 cream and a Splenda. I politely corrected her and stated I ordered 1 cream and 1 sugar as she handed me the coffee. She looked and at and shrugged her shoulders! After not offering to fix it, I poured it out and stated I wouldn’t be back and headed to Starbucks! Wow.
