Only pay with a card at this location while going through the drive through… the girl said our total was $34.49 and so I gave her 35. When we got home we checked our receipt and it said $21.83 was our total. So our fault for not checking our receipt after we paid. But just letting everyone know to be cautious. We bought 2 giants and they only gave us half of one too. Food was still amazing though!

Went through the drive thru for 2 sandwiches. I didn’t order anything special or drinks/chips/cookies. The total was almost $20….for 2 regular sandwiches.

I stopped in to get lunch, as I do at this location often. I ordered and received my request promptly. But upon paying they informed me that there CC machine is down and they would have to take the info manually. I did not have a card on me since I usually pay with G-PAY. Instead of telling me sorry come back when you have some money, they said dont worry about it and get us back later. This to me was over and above and deserved a review. Brian is the gentlemen that helped me and for this level of customer service, I will be eating here often in the future!

I will say as a long time customer of Jimmy John’s and having ordered almost once a week with this location since I work from home, today will be the last. It is not because my sandwich wasn’t made correctly today, but the fact the manager Adam implied that I was not being honest and asked that the original sandwich be given to driver when they send out a replacement. Especially in the pandemic -you would think that receiving an item that someone has already bitten into is not the safest. I’m sorry for any deliveries made after the driver touched my old sandwich. The negligence of this manager and the driver confirming that they needed the sandwich to be sure I wasn’t lying is why I won’t buy again. Too bad because I was a great customer. Marion’s location would deliver to me even though I was right outside the delivery area (which they now delivery to squaw creek because of me) and the Kirk wood location who knew of me as the hot pepper lady and even gifted me with a whole container of their peppers. I will miss you all!

I cannot see paying 25.00 for two combo meals. Sandwich, chips and cookie. Watch which menu you order from. Favorites are more expensive. 11+ for the combo compared to 9+ for their original menu, I think, is the name. No drink.
