The food here is always top notch, pizzas are cooked perfectly, the bread sticks are fantastic, even the melts are 5/5 stars! Their salads are always good too, crisp lettuce, nice onion, cucumber, and tomato! Even after I moved out of the area, every time I come by or visit family, I have to go to Pizza Hut here.

Very disappointed with the New York style pizza we picked up from the South End shopping center location in Hagerstown, MD. It was barely warm and looked like it had been pre-baked and that they put the toppings on and ran back through the oven. Very disappointed.

Called in delivery. Pizza came cold and order not complete. Pizza Hut franchise should investigate the fact that they use door dash as a third party. The issue is this Pizza Hut in Hagerstown md knowingly used a door dash delivery driver that is not the person that shows up for delivery. Pizza Hut knowingly let’s door dash delivery and are aware of this. “Yes ana has her husband deliver”Whose to say who is coming to your door. Glad pizza hut assumes this responsibility. I called to complain asked for a manager. The person that answered said she was a manager. She then turned the call back to the person that took my order. He also said he was a manager. Seemed fishy. Asked the question why would a manager transfer a call to another manager. The answer I was given was the assistant manager gave the call to a shift manager because he took my call. Major issue here and hope this makes prime time. Pizza Hut employees and staff are aware that using doordash , people that show up at your door are not the names on the text you get with your Pizza is on the way. The shift manager tonight the guy taking orders tonight shared thos information. So I caution ALL that use Pizza hut for delivery as they do not care about your families or mines safety.

I order Cheese stick today from pizza Hut and they were the Worth’s Cheese stick that I every had from pizza Hut they were burned and they Tasted like very bad i was very disappointed with this order from the pizza Hut on Maryland Ave and also there dipping sauce cup was very small and the sauce was cold Pizza Hut use to have very good food but don’t know what happened with pizza Hut anymore time for me to find a better pizza place other than Pizza Hut
