First time ever trying and omg it had sooooo much flavor. The serving was excellent enough to fill you up and have more. The rice was so perfect cooked to perfection not a single hard piece. The chicken was so tender and juicy with the perfect seasoning! Must try place HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Incredible food and service! Such different flavors! I enjoy trying different types of cultural food and Taste of Liberia is one of the best I’ve had! We had the Jallof Rice with Whole Fried Fish and the Cassava Leaf Stew. Both were incredible! The fish was so fresh tasting and well cooked! Very unique and certainly worth a try if you enjoy trying new things! And the couple that runs the business were some of the kindest people you’ll meet! We will certainly be back for more!

I have been looking for Liberian restaurant in Indy, I finally found a good one. The food taste amazing. I got the Jollof rice and fried chicken. 10/10 recommend. The spice is just right. I will definitely be going back to try another soup.

Our experience with Taste of Liberia was very satisfying. We ordered the soup and fufu which was delicious, we also ordered the Okra and potato stew and Rice. The Chef and Owner, Adam, was very solicitous of our likes and dislikes. He prepared the dishes just the way we wanted it and we truly loved his food. You cannot go wrong when you patronize Taste of Liberia. They are the best when it comes to African food.
