Horrible horrible!! I tried 3 times this year today makes the last time. Hair last week in my food . Today it was burnt again egg roll dry soggy and my pot stickers hot and soggy I’m over it I’ll start making my lunch oyea and my vegetables were yellow instead of green. Never again . Save your money to expensive to be so sorry !!

Don’t go there if you are Caucasian. Waited for my food while 3 different customers who ordered in line behind me got their food. While waiting I read several bad reviews that were very similar to my experience. Got several mean looks from the staff while I sat in the booth. As soon as I was about to ask where my food was I got a rude “they ordered over the phone” this I know was a lie. I canceled my order and will never step I side that establishment again

The chicken was over-cooked and I didn’t get what I ordered! I ordered a teriyaki chicken and beef combo and only got hard over-cooked chicken. The Katsu chicken was over-cooked and it looked like they used old oil! Not going back to this location anymore!

My chicken teriyaki was REALLY good! And my husband liked his spicy beef bowl ok, but I’m only giving them three stars because when he showed them an email with a special offer that said to redeem with online orders, the app, or with a walk in at the checkout counter, the girl said she couldn’t honor it, and said it was walk-ins only. She didn’t even ask anyone else, like a manager, to help in case we did the order wrong (maybe we needed to order drinks with it? Idk…) but a little help or explanation would’ve been nice instead of putting her hands up, then practically throwing the bag of food across the counter at him, then turning her back like she was done helping him. My husband told her that the email was the only reason that we were trying this place for the first time, and he had planned on tipping her well, but not with the treatment he received. He still doesn’t know what he did wrong to not get the deal. Next time we’ll go to a different one, like the one on N.Decatur St. I’ve met some employees from there when they were shopping where I work, and these young women were so sweet! And they personally invited me to come order food at their location. I really did love that chicken bowl, next time we’ll drive farther to get better service.

I ordered the half beef and chicken breast bowl with fried rice…came to about $12 or so. I wanted try bothbso next time I would know what to get. I really liked the beef and would get only veggies next time. Pretty good when you want some lightweight healthy lol. I have enough for lunch and dinner tomorrow.
