The Traveling Man
The slowest Fast Food place I have ever been to. I was the only one in the restaurant and it took 20 minutes to get 5 Chicken Nuggets. That is a completely unacceptable wait time. Staff was talking most of the time. No sense of urgency from anyone working here. I spent nearly 1 hour here for a simple meal. I’ll never be back.

The service was pretty well from the drive thu , besides feeling rushed with no one in line. The real disappointment was in the meal I purchased for over 16 dollars that was missing 2 pieces of chicken (from a 4 piece meal) as well as a biscuit, and the funnel cake fries were cold and had clearly been out all day and we’re just thrown in my bag rather then making a fresh batch! I had avoided this KFC for some time do to the previous bad reviews and thought I’d finally give it a go!! I was mistaken, and should have just stayed away

Needless to say the one in Greenfield Indiana off of State road 9 doesn’t deserve any stars whatsoever we stood in line for over 45 minutes waiting to get waited on after they had just waited on a couple of ladies and then they just totally ignored us and ran their drive-thru understand you get busy and you’ve only got so many people but you could at least acknowledge the people at the counter and then when they did come up there or just down-and-out road I will never go back

tried to put a door dash order through and they said they were out of chicken. when everything on the menu basically consists of chicken, just close the store. now i have the wait 3 business days for a full return of my $30 i was going to spend on KFC, but i will get my dinner else where.
