Good food for the price. If you get the bag the everything season was fantastic. Just remember it is all cooked at the same time and temperature, thus some of your seafood may be overcooked. The thirty-dollar baked or grilled deal was an amazing great price and perfectly cooked. The oysters on the half shelf were fresher than Al’s steakhouse on Valentine’s day!

Our experience here was quite the mixed bag. Some of the food was absolutely delicious and some was so bad we spit it out. For instance, the fried calamari appetizer was atrocious. Most of the pieces tasted old and gummy. And the clam chowder, while not bad, is more of a potato soup than a clam chowder. It didn’t have the rich thickness and there were barely any clams, though I must’ve had at least two whole potatoes. Again, it didn’t taste bad, but it wasn’t what I ordered. The fried shrimp, though, was amazing: light and crispy, with just the right amount of spice. And the boil we got was tasty as well, with the lobster tail being a particular delight. But all the sides were very middling and the potatoes were a little undercooked. And the service leaves much to be desired. They weren’t rude, but we were essentially ignored after ordering. With the food being so hit-or-miss, I don’t think we’ll be trying it again.

I’ve order from this place on 3 separate occasions. The food is delicious. I am currently eating the leftovers from yesterday’s order & it is so dang good. Portion size is perfect. I order the garlic butter sauce with mild heat and have tried 3 different meals. Everything is delicious.

Good seafood place! I ordered the calamari, which was fried to perfection, as was the chicken wings (really crispy). I also ordered a boil bag where you have options to add a variety of seafood. Also, you pick what kind of flavor sauce and levels of spicy. It’s a very clean place. I’m definitely coming back and recommend it to friends and family.

I have been looking for a good seafood restaurant where I can create my own seafood bag. Since I was nervous about the taste and freshness of the shellfish I only picked 1/2lbs of black mussels, 1/2lbs of headless shrimp and one lobster tail with mild Cajun seasoning. The bag came with only 2 small potatoes and 1 half corn in it which I believe is not enough if you think about the money I paid for 1 bag of seafood, I definitely suggest to be more generous on the sides they put in those bags. Also, the lobster tail was the smallest lobster tail I have ever eaten! Really!!! The Cajun seasoning was delicious. I had cocktail shrimp as an appetizer but didn’t like it. Waitress had very limited knowledge about the menu, we kind of got nervous every time we ask questions to her about the options. She might be new. I will continue with my search for a restaurant where I can get seafood bag since I believe this restaurant is overpriced and you get very small portions for the price you pay.

I’ve eaten at Red Crab now three times and enjoyed it every time. I don’t care for spice on Crab so we did the butter only and split up snow Crab $16/½ lb and Dungeness $15/½ lb. Hushpuppy appetizer was $9 for about 10 in a little basket. Nice fun sea-based decor. Basic but good service.

Service was very poor to say the least, food was ok. When i order seafood i think of Maine not China, seemed like peanut oil was the oil of choice. Very sloppy, waitress spent more time bs’ing with her friends then serving. Never got nor were we offered refills, personally I would never go there again
