We got the $7.99 Monday special plus a tiny cheese dip each. $1.99. No drink, and the total came to over $33. She took the $3.98 worth of cheese dip off, and our new total was around $18. Instead of admitting she was wrong, she had an attitude with my wife. The food was really good, but probably won’t go back to the Conway Moe’s any time soon. The booth we sat in was broke as well.

Fantastic Moe’s location! Got it catered for our wedding for about 30 guests. The food was delicious, hot and the guy who came to set it up was fast and efficient. Got way more food than we thought we would get, and I couldn’t have been more happy.

Paid $40 for 3 people to eat and barely got any meat in my bowl. I used to have enough food to have a whole other meal. Queso is a topping that no longer comes in your food either. Crazy up charge too. Was charged this “make it a meal for my large cup of queso which should have only been $5.99. Will be going to Don Pepes in future.

Update 7/31/23: I wish I could go down more stars but it’s not possible. The company itself has gone downhill now, too. There’s no real way to leave the entire company a gulag review, though. Starting with the guacamole which they hyped up as amazing… it was awful and flavorless. Next, they removed the ability to put notes on your items when ordering through the app. They got rid of carnitas. They halved the size of the burrito bowl while increasing prices. They got rid of the freestyle machine. That means there’s not much of a reason to go here over Chipotle. It used to be competitive and I would argue how it’s a better choice than Chipotle. Now it’s just a discount version of Chipotle. I’m sure the illegitimately installed brandon regime has at least some part in the decline of their business.

Needs work. By that, we mean employees that will WORK. I went in not long ago and I saw the most workers I have ever seen there. Burrito items were put on sparingly, and that’s if you can call a soggy folded tortilla a burrito. Staff was nice, but they need to be less aware of the side convo and more aware of the people they ask to tip them. Also, there was NO salsa in the five places they’ve made specifically for salsa. Needs work….

Always consistent and great service, although sometimes a little grouchy. Asher and Steve are excellent. The restaurant is always clean. We do miss the soda mixer but I imagine the cost was just too expensive to maintain. This store always has a full staff and are very helpful. They make my life easier when they make these burritos for my children.
