The Lamb dry noodles are so delicious! I got a side of vinegar and side of chili oil to enhance the flavors and it was so delicious! The texture of the noodles were perfect pulled fresh noodles. My daughter also enjoyed it. The self ordering kiosk is great and very easy to know when your order is complete! Highly recommend for authentic Chinese style hand pulled noodles!

What a fantastic gem! The tingly beef Biang noodle soup and the cumin lamb bun were out of this world! Would highly recommend coming here! It’s in the food court in west lake center but don’t let that deter you from getting really good Xi’an food!

Spend over $50 here with my kid for lunch and when I asked for a cup of water the cashier just waved no without any communication. I asked him again can I have a cup of water or should I buy one… He pointed to the tip jar and said “you want to give me tip?”. I ended up just bought this bottle of water from them. Poor service!

I tried them for the first time and had to get the spicy cumin lamb noodles. Definitely the most impressive dish I have tasted at a kiosk! Loved the subtle spiciness, chewy noodles, and the added garnish. Noodles travelled very well too after 15 minutes on the street car and made great leftovers. Will get them again.

Although it is in a mall food court, it has a nice modern clean seating area and vibe to it, with a small-ish but great menu selection. The portions are good, the service is quick and most importantly the food is good. 5 stars for me!

Always passed by this on the way to the monorail and decided to stop for dinner. I was going to order the Vegetable Biang but the picture of the Pork Biang with soup looked so good I ended up ordering that. It was AMAZING! Can’t recommend enough!

The pork burger lacked in both flavour and juice. The burger buns also weren’t as flaky as they should’ve been. The noodles were okay but portions were small. The consistency of the cold noodles weren’t smooth.
