Where to begin…I came to dine in with my family and they made us all feel so welcomed. The manager, Benjamin I believe, was very nice to my 8 year old and took the time to let him order his own meal. We received our food promptly and my fries were crispy, hot and fresh just how I ordered them. When we needed more drinks they were quick to refill our cups. My wings were seasoned perfectly and the tenders were cooked very well. It’s also a very clean location. Some wingstops have slippery floors and I feel like I’m slipping but this Wingstop was very clean. The tables were also clean. Will definitely return for dinner again soon.

This Wings Stop is the best! The employees were so positive(night shift on date 6/2/23) and Excellent TEAM! Benjamin at the register and all the employees had a positive attitude and showed pride in their work .Great music and food and smiling faces.. Placed an online order for scheduled pickup that they said they did not receive due to the fax machine being out of paper. Meanwhile, others were picking up orders no problem while I had to wait 20 minutes. I was late delivering dinner. Not cool.

This is the closest Wing Stop to my home, so it’s the only one I go to. I picked up dinner on Wednesday night. I placed my order and said I’d be back in 20 minutes, but the girl at the counter said “no, more like 15 minutes, it’ll be ready” Ok.

Great experience from beginning to end. The cashier was wonderful and very patient as I was trying to figure out what to order for my party of 3. I didn’t see wings ‘by the piece’ on the menu up top, but he did say we could still order by the piece instead of group packs. Our order was out fast, but it also seemed to be not so busy during the time we arrived, which was about 1pm. Wings were fresh, neatly served, and the taste never disappoints! Wings of choice: Mild, Garlic Parmesan, Original Hot and large fries.

Some chucklehead put our sauces at the bottom of the bag under all the food??? For some reason??? So that was a fun mess to deal with. On top of that all the food was freezing cold and the delivery driver didn’t bother to knock. Im pretty sure they just threw the bag at my door since my ring doorbell never indicated anyone was at my door. Been on hold for 30 minutes to get a refund and they’re going to make us wait an extra hour just to speak to a manager.

Absolutely atrocious! The service took an eternity! The bone-in wings had no sauce! I basically got fried flavored wings versus the mild that I paid for. After a long hot day at work, I just wanted some mild flavored wings and ended up being disappointed. I don’t have the energy to go back to the restaurant.

There’s a reason for the low rating. I called and my wings were made incorrectly. The worker is debating when I clearly asked for them to be fried longer/hard. Just rude not apologetic . Look at dry rub not any on it just a couple Notice they don’t respond to reviews.
