Went to the outlets on a Saturday so it was pretty crowded… long lines in front of the counter promised good food! They’ve made the system very efficient with easy to use kiosks if one is paying by card… or you can order at the counter if you want to pay cash or just find it difficult to use the kiosk! Awesome variety of food with some fabulous vegetarian options. My son thoroughly enjoyed the classic cheese steak while my daughter loved the pork sandwich … veggie me loved the falafel wrap. Great options of shakes and special mention to their thick cut fries which they fried on order. Super fresh and crunchy!

Food was pretty good the service was absolutely horrible they now have a self service check out I guess they are too cheap to pay for an employee well let me tell you there might be over a hundred choices to choose from so this make customers take forever to check out than after you finally check out you have to stand to the side with fifteen other people waiting for their food that two people are trying to keep up with….News break they can’t keep up it took 25 minutes to get an order of mozzarella sticks.

I don’t live nearby so I don’t eat at this Tony Luke’s often. But several years ago when they first opened the spot, I was excited to try it out but at the time, the sandwich to me, just didn’t taste the same as the ones in Philly. Years later, I stopped again just I didn’t wanted to get the usual and to my surprise the food actually tasted better. Not sure what you guys did at this specific location, but whatever it was, please keep doing it.

I know everyone has their own favorite Philly cheese steak place however, this is the best spot according to my family, friends, and myself. We tried all the top local spots like Joe’s Steaks, Max’s Pat’s, and Geno’s, but none were better than Tony Luke’s in our opinion. But we are just a bunch of New Yorkers, so what do we know? I would have loved to send this review to the original location but I noticed they no longer are located there.

Stopped in to grab some cheesesteaks for dinner. Just like a cheesesteak in the city. It is what I have come to expect from Tony Luke’s. It is definately the closest place to me that you can get a cheesesteak like this. Quality steak, not just a steakums.
