Once again they are out of stuff! This store doesn’t make, or keep enough supply on hand for as busy as they are. They are out of brown rice & fajita vegetables this time. Otherwise, I got the burrito bowl to go and had to go with the white rice, no bean, chicken, mild salsa, some shredded cheese, sour cream & lettuce! Of course with a side of guacamole! The service was good!

As a lover of chipotle, I’ve never been more disappointed. The meat was tough and the rice was mushy, but more importantly the restaurant was absolutely disgusting. At 5 pm on a Saturday, the trash cans were overflowing, food on the floor, a spill near the drink station, no clean tables, and only 1 immature women making food. This will be the last time we visit this restaurant.

Wish I could put zero stars. This Chipotle used to be good. It was awful. They don’t do in store orders so buyers beware. They skimp on the food. I just ate a rice and salsa burrito (but paid for Chicken Al Pastor). I will not be going to this location again and if YOU do – please check your food before you leave the store. See for yourself how small the burrito they tried to give me. I have never seen 4”x4” burrito at Chipotle. Truly amazing.

The last three times I went here it was absolutely trash with undercooked rice and out of many ingredients (lettuce, chicken, black beans and more). I’ve worked food, and I know times are still a little weird, but it’s truly unacceptable. Most recently I saw a line build up to the door while the people behind the counter did literally nothing but watch (wish I got better pictures). It was the first Chipotle in this area, but I’ll just be going to Hot Head from now on.

This location has gone downhill fast. Online orders are never ready at the promised time (usually 10-15 minutes later), they run out of at least one ingredient before closing, and as of 9/7/22, they are now closing at 9pm due to “staffing issues”. Disappointing!

really nice workers, great food, but they seem to always get your order very wrong when you order online, I thought maybe the computer messed up, but the stickers on top of the bowls were correct. none of the 3 bowls we ordered were correct. and no, the lids weren’t switched around. seems like they followed half of what we wanted on order number 1, then for the second half they added what I put on order number 2. But then order number 3 didn’t match anything from anyone’s order. (I am vegetarian so I wasn’t able to even eat my order.) maybe they were in a rush, but I put pick up in 30 minutes, and added a tip. I love this place and again, the workers are nice!
