Not very happy with my visit. First I felt rushed through my order. I completed my order at the window. The food was dry, I didn’t get the extra mushrooms I paid for. Will not visit this location again. The magees crossroads location is 1000 percent better. Very disappointed

I went in there around 1 PM on June second of 2023, as a first time customer. (I have background in being a second shift, fast food manager for one year just so we all know) My mom ordered for here after waiting for 5 minutes, as the manager was in the office and 2 more customers came in. The manager took our orders. I picked the table as my mom waited for the receipt. The floors stuck to my feet. All the tables and booths had crumbs and the table tops were extremely sticky. Food was fast and french fries, as well as vegetables, were fresh, the hamburger patty, as well as the bacon, was watery and greasy but cooked throughly, medium well done. The milk shake was cold and thick. I went to oder the same meal to go and one of their employees was literally standing by the entrance smoking a cigarette on her phone. I respect break times, but my mother has severe asthma and I could’ve sworn it was 20 feet from the building when smoking. There was even a labeled sign on the door indicating “No Smoking”, i brought it to the attention of the woman who was taking my order and she told the manager, again she came out of the office and told the woman to put out the cigarette. She came in and i never saw her wash her hands but she did put on gloves to make the order to go. I respect manager work and know why you’re in the office. They make the milkshake and fill order fast. I pick the order up and my mom clears the table, besides the unused napkins. All the employees walked into the office and out of sight. As I leave the cigarette that the employee had to put out, is put out on the trim of the window not in the cigarette bin which was directly behind her. But, this manager’s and all employee’s actions reflect the inside and the way Hardee’s is running the way it is, the real reason why the third customer walked away and why the second customer ordered to go. I will NEVER EVER again order from here again. We spent over $75 and they had great smiles but honestly it’s all about MILKING the clock.

The romaine lettuce “Low Carb It” option gives us an option to eat here. Good burgers! Very convenient to our church which is located right behind it. Good for the soul and our bellies lol.

I do not recommend this Hardee’s this is the second time I have went there in the last month ordered chicken biscuit the first time the chicken wasn’t done this time it looks like someone took a bite out of the top of the biscuit and then I only got part of the chicken very disappointed

I came in b4 the dinning room was open because someone left the door open, so the cook saw me up front and got the manager (I believe her name was Gina) to come help me. She was extremely pleasant to deal with and actually had a short conversation instead of acting like she was in a hurry to get me gone. Still ate in the dinning room and she brought my food as it was cooked so I could start eating. If I could leave 10 stars for customer service I would.
