I like Papa John’s but I ordered from Uber eats and they delivered it to the wrong house and charge me and took tip. I never got to eat the pizza. It sounded good even with their special I never got.

Waited 10 minutes for a simple pickup order, only 1 person handling checkout, handling a cc phone order, observed 2 employees come in from outside, I assume from break, doing whatever and proceed to the make table. (Food) I guess hand washing is an option. Guess the rest. I’ll say this they did make a good pizza.

Ordered delivery two pizzas and a soda for the family. Cost $42 plus $10 tip for the driver. Not bad for a pizza night. But the forgot the soda. I called up spoke to the lady and she said the driver is on there way back. Great. 30 min later I called and they tell me the driver should be pulling in now. Wonderful. 30 min later after I went to the store and bought soda for dinner I get a call from papa John’s letting me know the driver could not find the soda and was not coming. Wow love the customer service. Not! Will not return to papa John’s. I have better pizza and better see at hungry Howies. Oh and we have pizza on a regular basis. Lost a customer over a soda. Nice.

Actually, I didn’t go there my husband did so Google and T-Mobile may have got their lines crossed. Sometimes Google will say I have been somewhere that I know my son has visited but not me and he’s not even on our phone plan so that is strange as well. The pizza was fine though. Love their garlic sauce.

I will never order a pizza from papa Johns or dominos again. They can’t answer their own phone both places have a foreign answering service that barely speaks English. Tried to charge me $21.00 for a $12.00 pizza when I questioned him he said how about $11.50. Told the papa John guy I wanted to talk to the real store and he hung up on me
