Was looking forward to try a new place “Aloha BBQ”. Not Impressed with service and food. Ordered the family meal. All the meat was very thinly sliced as if we were going to make sandwiches. Chicken was chewy, fatty ( didn’t think that was possible), and lots of tendons and cartilage left in it. Potstickers were over cooked and dry. Ordered online 40+ mins before order was to be picked up at 6pm and wasn’t ready until 6:15pm only gave us (1) 1oz bbq sauce for a family meal. Not very friendly counter person. Probably not going to go back here.

The lady at the cash register was rude and not accommodating. Upon reading the below reviews it seems they typically have good customer service so perhaps I caught her on a bad day. Chicken Katsu was dry so maybe next time I’ll try bbq chicken. Macaroni salad and rice was really good though!
