Great, fresh food – when they are open. The reason for 3 stars instead of 5 is that they turned us down and closed 30 minutes before their posted closing time with no reason given. It’s hard to say the food is the best in town when you can’t be sure if they’ll serve you food at all when you get there. Unless this was an isolated incident, that really calls into question their commitment to good, quality service.

The staff worked with me to plan for a group of thirteen. I called in advance and they had the table set and ready when we arrived. They adjusted their staffing numbers to accommodate our large group. The ordering process was smooth. The workers were helpful, polite and pleasant. The food was hot and fresh; great as always. I recommend this restaurant for take out as well as dine in.

I ordered food here and they have the best customer service. The lady at the front counter knew who I was when I walked in the door. They had my food ready and correct. Then to top it off the lady insisted on helping bring the food to my car. She was such a sweet lady. The food was delicious as always. Good job LA Poboy.
