The past two days I’ve tried to drive in and order chicken, yesterday I arrived at956pm and they told me they were closed, Okay I get it, its four minutes before closing at a fast food place, all the food has been thrown out a the kitchen shut down. but today i get there at 850 pm and they tell me they are closed again. the sign on the door says they are open till 930 pm…..are your sales so bad that you are just randomly closing? I work in retail, this is bad business and bad managing.I have always preferred kfc over other chicken places, but I will not give my business to the kfc in corsicana anymore.

The lady that checked us out looked like she hated her job. She was not very helpful or willing to explain anything. She looked like we were putting her out for eating there.They are over priced. it cost $69 for a family of 5. Then we had to wait 15 minutes for our food.

Went through drive though ordered 2 chicken nugget combos. Was asked to pull around waited nearly 20 minutes went inside and food was sitting there why everyone was playing on there phone. Got back to eat and had cold fries soggy nuggets no dipping sauce and 2 drinks with no straws. Basically paid over $20 for to water downed Dr peppers

From the outside, this place looks brand new, so I thought I’d give it a try. I went through the drive-through and had a decent customer service experience but nothing over the top (and that’s okay). The issue started when after I paid, I immediately was asked to park in the parking lot, and they would bring it out. There were zero customers in the lobby, and only one person was ahead of me (who also had to wait on his order). 20 mins later, they walked out with several orders. I got mine before the previous customer, the chicken was overcooked, no utensils or napkins were in the bag. While this wasn’t the worst experience, it definitely wasn’t a good one. I probably won’t be back to this location.

Raw chicken served with bad attitudes. Ordered 3pc box with two drums and a breast, slaw and mac and cheese. Received two breast and only one drum and potatoes not slaw. I asked for my slaw got eyes rolled at me and was told I have to give the potatoes which were already in my vehicle back to them. Uh why? Did they resale them???

Ordered chicken didn’t want yhr drink the manager never offered a substitute still charged me for a combo ordered extra crispy got original and it tasted old and had a terrible smell made me sick. Do not go to Corsicana KFC it’s sorry and nasty.
