We were sat by the door even though the restaurant was half empty. Waited for the waiter to take our order for over 20 minutes and then waited for over an hour to receive our appetizer as the last dish before leaving. Ceviche has almoat no fish in it and we had to remind the staff we even ordered it.

We were walking by and stopped in for a birthday dinner without knowing anything about the restaurant. A quick Google search yielded 5 stars. So why not… We had one of the best meals. We started with spicy tuna tostada’s and octopus in a red lentil chili romanesco sauce. Both delicious. Next was tilefish aguachile, absolutely delicious. We finished the meal with salmon Veracruz. Also very nice… Drinks were top knotch also. Birthday cake was a chocolate coconut cake. They told us that they had made it to the Michelin guide book. Well deserved if you ask me. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Delicious meal for a celebratory birthday dinner! We walked in when Bobby Flay walked out, so that’s got to say something, right? Everything was fresh, quality ingredients, beautifully plated and colorful. Guac is a great app to share for the table to start. Cruda is delicious but difficult to share with a large group so order multiple. Everything else is easily shareable and delicious, lots of variety and flavors! Would like to see more innovative cocktails, but they were still very good.

Finally a New Mexican spot that is beyond tacos, burritos, enchiladas and margaritas. Bar Tulix brings sexy Mexican back to Soho. Attentive staff and a well prepared dishes. Service is post covid status, 75% of things at caliber you would expect and then misses because of new generation of FOH. Worth the visit. Cocktails are genuine, and dishes are worth a return visit.
