My first time here was this past June, and we’ve dined here a few times afterward. Destiny, the bartender, provides excellent customer service! Great conversation, well-crafted cocktails, and makes us feel very welcomed. We’ll miss her while she’s off to school. Wishing you the best, Destiny! I also appreciate how meaty the snow crab legs and shrimp are compared to other seafood boil spots around the area. The coupons we get in the mail are great, too!

I will say (and I hardly ever post) that I had no expectations coming to this place so when I went in, and experienced what I experienced, well I will be coming back for more. There are many flavor options to choose from. It comes in a steamed bag so everything is hot and ready to eat. Still got battle scars from one of the critters hard shells but worth it. Taste was spot on however, it would have helped to have a mallet. There were none which would’ve saved my fingers from getting cuts on them. Mallets and the decor was not that great. Now this is not a fancy restaurant but could’ve looked better. Otherwise the taste, flavors, music, and everything else was great. Coming back for more

I passed 2 crafty crabs to come to the Bowie location thinking I would have a better experience. To start, we sat down and ants were on the table. No big deal..we got moved to another table. We sat and waited 15 minutes before “Day” came over. We placed our orders which took forever. While we waited we overheard another server go over the specials for Mother’s Day ( which was also my birthday). We requested our server again and asked her about it. She goes “oh yeah” then proceeds to tell us the specials. We update our order and waited again. Parts of our order was missing and she admitted she forgot to ring it in. Okay cool…she rings in the rest and it comes out. Fast forward we finish our food and we’re ready to go but we can’t find our server yet again. My husband finally got up and stood at the server station until she came out of the kitchen. Now he’s the issue …my husband and I do not leave tips on our cards. We left a cash tip on the table like always. 2 days later my card is charged an additional $10…”your amount has been updated to include tip”. So I call the restaurant and the manager on duty tells me to call my bank to dispute it…he specified the tip. When I call my bank the ENTIRE bill will be disputed. Never again!!!

I understand being short staffed but the service here was really bad. It seemed like my servet only had my party of 3 and another larger party in the back, not even 10 ppl. I waited 10 minutes to be sat. I waited 10 more minutes to be greeted. Food came out pretty fast. I waited another 15 minutes to see if she’d come back to check on us as my daughter needed a refill, she eventually did. I had to ask another server if he could find mine so I could get my check. She brought it out. I watched her go straight back to the party, hoping she’d come back and collect my payments but nope, she went back into the kitchen. I walked my check to the front myself and had the hostess process my payment. We definitely won’t be back. Rock N Toss tastes so much better and the service is always excellent.

The food was great. At first I thought I should of went to blues because we were waiting for a table and there was 3 employees sitting at the first table in the restaurant and it was messy af. I don’t understand how you can be busy but, have a table full of an employees. ♂️ I don’t mind the laid-back customer service but, when one of the waiters came around showing off his boxers that was bit much to be at work. I think a brief class for some of the staff and this place will be great. Also the LIT was everything

The food is always fantastic but the service always leaves a lot to be desired. I’ve gone several times in the past months and each time we’ve had to flag our server down, or walk over to the group of staff hanging out by the bar, for drinks, takeout boxes, the check, to come get our cards, etc after waiting for quite a while. The majority of the time you can see the staff talking and laughing at the bar, which is fine, but there seriously needs to be some more vigilance on the tables being waited on. As I said, I’ve gone multiple times so its not a one-off situation. One time when I went with a large party, the service was extraordinarily bad but there was a mandatory gratuity that I hope wasn’t being taken advantage of to ignore us, but it certainly felt that way.
