First my order was wrong. I ordered a medium Turkey club with bacon! I wanted weight bread because I can’t eat white. Then they fixed my sandwich again and put it on the correct bread. I was so excited that they fixed it with no problem so I thought. I get home and my sandwich has no bacon on it. I mean, I feel like if you pay for something, you should get what you pay for!

If I could rate service and atmosphere a big ZERO I would. The place was staffed thoroughly, low amount of customers. I came in there and had been waiting a good bit when I witnessed a member of the staff throw a whole sandwich against the wall and walk out the back door. Business continued as usual nobody said anything and customers were stunned. I have never seen such unprofessionalism amongst a team of staff members in my life.

July 22, 2023, 2:28pm- ordered a large Engineer on wheat, no Mayo. Received the order and went home to discover they made a Hook and Ladder despite having Engineer on the receipt. Should have expected as much seeing a much more youthful crew working on the weekend instead of the older crew I usually see during the week. It’s not convenient to return so I’ll have to eat it, but check your food before leaving. Don’t expect them to get it right.

Had a great birthday free club on a sub. Great staff who always greet you when you come in. Bathrooms are clean and have plenty of room for a wheelchair. Drink machine has tons of choices and add ins. Freshly made sandwiches served with a smile. My fireman husband got a free drink which is also a nice perk. Unfortunately fireman don’t get many thanks or perks so every small thing is a big deal!
