If I could rate this place with “0” star I gladly would without hesitation. Let’s start with the terrible service a particular young woman provides “the one always hanging with the white boy”. Now let’s move to the inconsistent price they charge, one day they charge $16 another day $18.50 for a small portion, there are times that they charge you for the salad and other day they don’t. The portions are way to small for the price and quality. I honestly feel this restaurant have no clue of what “customer Service” stand for.

I had rice, bean and some eggplant and it was delicious yummy yummy!!! Looking for some thing Caribbean well where it is. Natural squeezed orange or lemon juice is great! I also had some coffee!!! The place is super clean and the server is so polite!!! They also speak Spanish!!!

The food was good. The ladies were very nice and pleasant. My only issue was how expensive it was. For the amount and kind of food I felt it was way too much.

It’s rare finding a Dominican or Puerto Rican restaurant. But boy it hit the spot. The arroz con gandules was on point. The spaghetti was perfect. This is going to be my new regular spot.

Went near closing, and food was already put up… you can tell they gave the bottom of the pot food. The customer should always have a great plate whether they’re the 1st or last Customer of the day. As for the taste, it’s always delicious tasting, authentic Dominican food

I placed a order for 3 golpe… When I got there 20 min later I paid for my meal and the to go box looked small so I decided to open it and it was only 2 eggs two slices of salami and one lil cheese WITH NO MANGU…. the girl says “the lady only said eggs and salami” they have there food buffet style so I look down at the mangu and see it’s no more left. The owner tried to play me and give me just eggs and salami even the girl was lost as to why they only put eggs in my “meal” who orders just eggs? I have eggs in my house I could fry if I wanted to eat eggs by itself but I’ve never been that poor. They gave me half a meal then proceeded to tell me I can wait another 20 min for them to make mangu but they should have told me that when I placed my order. Next time I’ll go to manna they are better!

Cozy, welcoming Dominican restaurant with stellar home-cooked flavor, large portions, and quick service. While nothing is labeled, we told them it was our first time and they described all the dishes they had at the counter and let us try samples of whatever we wanted! We got the delicious stewed beef(?) and arroz con guandules (rice and pigeon peas). Will be back to try more!

Mangu was good. Fried cheese, salami, and egg is a must and perfect combination.

Maybe one of the best Dominican restaurants in the DMV. I love ordering from here, I recently ordered their picadera platter for a party and there was nothing left at the end. Their empanadas are always perfectly filled, the juices are always tasty, and the food has never disappointed

I placed an order at 6pm , called and spoke to a lady she informed me that the restaurant was closing at 7pm. I placed 6 orders and she said it would be available until 7pm. I arrive to the restaurant at 6:20 pm .. as I approach the door I noticed it was locked so I call the from the restaurant while standing out in the rain. The lady answers and tells me they’re closed .. keep in mind it’s the same lady. She said she had to follow orders and she couldn’t give me my order because it was closed. We start arguing about how she made me drive from far away . She seemed to not care and lose a customer. Lady was very careless about the situation and didn’t try apologizing for the inconvenience she made me go through. I was looking forward to actually being a loyal customer to this Dominican restaurant but I’ve never seen such a careless customer service. I’ve never been a type of person to write a review but I’m frustrated at the fact my entire family was relying on this meal tonight. I work in retail environment and I personally recommend for employees to be there when the money is coming to the store. Employees should always try satisfying customers and making sure they’re happy with their experience at the local restaurant. I apologize if the owner of this restaurant doesn’t know about this incident but if the owner knows I feel terribly sorry for the lack of customer service. Never will I ever order from here or even recommend to anyone ever again.
