Always fast service and plenty of food! The girl that took our order was very friendly and knowledgeable about the sandwiches (one we ordered didn’t have a description) and what came on them. She was super friendly! I always have to take half my sandwich home. I finally got my parents to eat something besides Mexican and they were very satisfied.

I had one of the most amazing experience is here on August 2 when I was greeted and served by Layla. I had had a very long workday and had no clue what I wanted to eat. Layla made three incredible suggestions, and all three of them were outstanding- the ham and cheese melt, the broccoli and cheese soup, and the lemonade. I have never been greeted with such outstanding hospitality. She was extremely knowledgeable of the menu, and treated me as if I was the sole customer in the restaurant. I could not believe it when I found out how young she was. I’m amazed at the outstanding customer service that she displayed. I will continue to visit this restaurant for her service!

I am a huge fan of McAlister’s Deli, unfortunately this one kissed the mark. The soda was flat, my order was wrong, and the facilities were in disrepair. For what it was worth the sandwiches were good, but this place definitely needs some attention and better upkeep.

Gave them another try, ordered online, delivered, food was missing and was told I would have to drive over there to pickup the missing items, or pay for nothing, service when I arrived was worse that ever, no communication and resentment was obvious.. Will not be back
