For only being open for a few days I was greatly disappointed. I entered the building and was greeted by a bunch of messy tables; the trash was overflowing, and the soda area was not wiped up. Ordered food. The potions were small compared to other stores. Main serving area was not fully stocked with food. They ran out of food and were cooking it. Instead of filling the main food line, with a full line of customers, they filled up the drive thru that did not have anyone there. Then proceeded to ran back to the drive thru to add the meat or beans etc. to the order.

I did not even get a chance to receive my order. I ordered almost a half hour in advance through the app and then waited in the digital order pick up line for half an hour. I couldn’t wait any longer and had to leave. I did not even get my lunch. There was no one at the window for me to even ask for a refund so I spent another 20 minutes chatting with an automated system on their app. The digital drive thru is supposed to be for convenience. I also saw the employees physically running to and from the kitchen to the prep station. I was never mad at them for the long wait – it’s clear that management did not hire more staff. Your employees shouldn’t be running or working in such a stressful environment. It’s shameful. Pay them well, train them well. Management should get more training because it’s clear that this location was rushed on their opening.

The customer service was quick, and everyone was nice. My burrito was pretty heavy, so I have no complaints on the portions. The brown guacamole was not the most appealing, I would say, but it tasted as good as every other time I got guac at Chipotle. Would come back again.

We were excited to have a Chipotle near us in Nampa, but disappointed that almost all of the important ingredients are out of stock. Not sure if it’s the fault of the store or corporate, but it stopped us from ordering, and we went elsewhere

Great New addition to Nampa. Great new staff that have been trained since day 1! Well managed place ensuring everything is clean & fresh. Love that they have spanish speaking staff to step in and help any guest. Very small dining room, but fun big tables for larger groups!

Severely unimpressed with the service. The quality of the food it seemed like nobody in the store knew what they were doing. They didn’t have very many options. It seems like they rush to open the store. They were out of guacamole fajita vegetables, cheese queso Blanca like it was seriously disappointing. Probably would not come to this store again seriously hope they can pull this store together in order to make it as good as all of their other restaurants

I don’t think I’ve ever left a review before but the experience here was so bad I felt it necessary. We placed an online order and picked up at the store. One burrito we ordered came as a bowl, which we caught upon pick up. We didn’t catch that one bag of chips was left out. The main issue however were the tiny portions. We ordered two bowls, both of which didn’t even fill the bowl half way and had mainly rice with a skim coat of toppings. Typically a bowl from any other chipotle will last two full meals for me. This left me hungry after finishing the entire portion. We’ve been excited for months to see a chipotle come to nampa but as all the reviews seem similar, we will continue to visit the other locations instead of this one.

Giving a 5 because I love chipotle. In hopes this will be the best chipotle in the valley! But it is a new restaurant and new workers are getting adjusted to the new atmosphere. My food could have been better, but it will get there. You got this team! Don’t worry… people complain about ANYTHING.

My husband and I went here last night and it was a terrible experience. First off, the portion of meat they gave was literally half a spoonful and when my husband questioned the employee he mumbled sorry and put one extra tiny piece on. Then while my food was being made, I asked for guacamole which was completely dark brown. The young employee put the spoonful on while he was distracted and totally missed the bowl and it fell on the counter. He still put the lid on and then I had to inform him that the guacamole wasn’t even on my food anymore. After that, we went up to the next counter to pay. I told the lady at the counter I had a free guacamole coupon which it worked but guess what? I was charged TWICE for guacamole! They also were out of forks. I worked at Dunkin Donuts for over 3 years and I totally understand the stress and everything but come on now.
