Pretty good taco bell. I like how the inside area is laid out where you can see them making the tacos. I had an issue with ordering on the app, so that was annoying. I had to use the kiosk inside, which was fast and easy, but it doesn’t link to my account so I couldn’t use my points or bonus.

So for the past few years since this place has been open, I have gotten lunch foods at 10 am. and i know the most recent time i got my usual order of chipotle ranch grilled chicken burrito was Wednesday, today , Friday 7/28/2023 they tell me they don’t serve lunch until 10:30. no advertising on the building about this or nothing. its the only decent fast food in town. it was the only place I went because they would serve lunch style food at 10 am. needless to say they have lost a customer. but I don’t think they’ll care.

Came out to Nelson Ledges for the first time and was craving taco bell, man did this place deliver! Place was nice and clean, the employees were hammering out orders laughing having a good time. Cool playlist too, wish i had it at my job! I love the energy in this location! Wish it was closer. Great crew. The cinnamon twists were the best! Thanks guys!

Iv had good experiences at this location from friendly staff, and awful ones as well. A manager with gave me some grief over my dog. He told me no pets allowed per health code. I said okay and said I’d put him in the car and come back without him for my food. Apparently waiting 5 seconds longer for my pup to finish a doggy biscuit one of his Co workers gave me for my pup was too long and told me he was refunding my order and asked me to leave. I explained again that I was complying with his request and he got all huffy about it and still wanted to cancel my order. I was hungry and told him I still wanted my food and put my dog in the car. All in all, not professional. Don’t throw your weight around as a manager and tick off customers looking for confrontation when they are complying with your requests. I doubt he’ll last long there so I’m not too worried about it.

Sadly upon coming to this Taco Bell it was a mess. I ordered cinnamon twists and they had a very weird taste to them as though they were sprayed by a cleaner. It was disgusting. I threw those away. I got the nacho fries and there was no seasoning on them. They were hard and stále and flavorless. My chalupas didn’t have the guacamole that I paid extra for. It was a disappointing visit. Plus my fiancé and I both felt gross hours later after eating there. When we visited it wasn’t completely done inside.

The customer service in this restaurant is DIABOLICAL. I am not joking when I say this, but I wasn’t even served my food after ordering. Firstly, I went through the drive through, laughing because my friends had made a joke. I ordered my food right after that, very clearly stating the items I wanted. Apparently, nothing I said was heard, so I said it louder. The Taco Bell lady must not like loud noises, because she then proceeded to deny me my food and banish me. I was astonished. So I went back through a bit later and ordered my food. She took my order and I pulled up to the window. She then proceeded to deny me my food, it was already made, and made me leave. I am almost positive she proceeded to eat the food herself. Horrible service. Don’t go to Taco Bell on a Saturday night shift.

I ordered steak nachos with extra cheese, there’s literally two drops of cheese, not enough to even barely see! What did I pay for? Also forgot the kids cheese roll ups. If you don’t have enough people to operate correctly close the damn store! Your stealing peoples money!
