This drive thru is great. I always get all items & food is fresh. I like their chicken breasts & coleslaw. Since everything is very expensive, I don’t go there that often. Maybe once a month. It has the longest lines & the young adults are very kind & efficient so the wait is not long. Great service, which these days is rare! Only 1 time have I seen a mad customer. He was inside, I was at drive-thru window, since I don’t eat inside so I could hear him bc he was yelling & ticked off. The man was very upset & my son & I saw him dump his bag of food on the counter. I have no clue who was right or what happened but I saw it. I felt sorry for the young manager who seemed to be trying to resolve issue & who knows what happened but I did see that. That’s the only time I’ve seen an unhappy situation in the 15 years I’ve been at that KFC. Thank you KFC for always getting my orders right. 9/18/19 = 5 star = so far good costumer service with smile , i believe her name Is Sebastiana , that said on my receipt . I ask the other lady fir a restroom key but she didn’t smile , but its okey , will try again on next visit if they deserve 5 star .

Did not care for this location had to bring my 37$ worth of food back inside the fries where old and cold and the chicken was not crispy what so ever , they made me Waite for a good amount of time before I cold eat with the family.

Thanks to Adriana and her staff! They came in early on a Sunday and prepared 120 box meals for us and it all went smoothly and tasted delicious. They made a large group of teenagers very happy! Very easy to work with and very helpful.

Bought 2 buckets of 10 pieces today at 5:30 pm. I was hoping that the chicken would not be the ones sitting from lunchtime. Unfortunately, there were about 5-6 pieces that were dried up, like they were heated for hours. Of course these pieces were at the bottom of the bucket. They should just throw these pieces out and not lose customers.

Given the wrong order at the window. Asked for 3 piece thigh, original, was given strips with cold French fries! They did not answer the phone! All the way home, did not want to drive back. Do not reccomend!!!!! Andrea was my server at the window!

Excellent chicken take a coupon to give it back to you so you can use it at another time the only thing I don’t like about KFC as they have weak weak honey it’s like a honey sauce just full of high fructose corn syrup and their butter is not butter it’s margarine other than that their chicken is very good the mashed potatoes are a little funky because you’re getting mashed potatoes and half of it is gravy which should be more potatoes and a little bit less gravy across laws to die for everybody knows that
