First time we got our caramelicious drinks had to go back through and let them know the drinks were gross and suggested they time their shots (I was a Scooter’s barista for 2 years). Second time they did taste more drinkable for sure but something about it still just didn’t seem quite right. Rapid City Scooter’s has it down…Sioux Falls y’all need a little work.

Absolutely the worst scooters experience and I go there pretty much every week more than once never used this location in Sioux Falls but was closer to it so decided to try it out and that was a huge mistake!! There’s more whipped cream than coffee and in my blended drink they also didn’t do the flavor right(toffee nut caramelicious I can get it anywhere else but apparently not here) I asked for an extra shot and I can definitely tell that there was not one, all I could taste was whipped cream and caramel flavoring barely any coffee in it at all took five drinks through my straw and all the liquid was gone the rest was whipped cream.

Abby was fantastic – there was a long line – apparently Starbucks and Caribou coffee don’t realize how big the Parade of Lights is in Sioux Falls – they were closed!! But Scooters was open. The team in this little building worked tirelessly to serve the long lines! Abby did not seemed stressed at all – she small talked with us and really was polite and laid back. If she was stressed, you couldn’t tell. She embodies what customer service should look like. We ordered 3 small hot chocolates with caramel, 1 medium hot chocolate with caramel, and 1 large hot chocolate with peppermint- and all were happy with our drinks! Thank you Scooters for being open! And hiring Abby was a great decision!
